Krispy Kreme Rewards is a sweeter program with more ways to earn free treats, share the joy of Krispy Kreme and more choices to redeem for exactly what you love. For every $1 spent, you will earn 10 points. You can then redeem those points on the Krispy Kreme mobile app and online for your favorite menu items.

We love it when our customers can share the joy of Krispy Kreme, so we’re making it easier to earn rewards faster. The new program has more ways to earn and more items to redeem, which means members can earn rewards in as little as one visit.

All your well-earned rewards will come with you to the new Krispy Kreme Rewards program. We also want to thank you for your loyalty, so we gifted you 50 points for every visit you made in the last 365 days (up to 25 visits) prior to April 22nd. You can convert these points for sweet rewards within 90 days of the new program launch on April 23rd, 2024.

For the sweetest experience, sign up by downloading the Krispy Kreme app or signing up through our Krispy Kreme website. Just create a Krispy Kreme Rewards account and you’ll be all set!  

If you were already a member of My Sweet Rewards, there’s no need to sign up for a new account. You can use the same login credentials as before the change, but make sure to update your mobile app to take advantage of all the new features.

Krispy Kreme Rewards is for all people who love doughnuts, coffee, and sharing the joy of Krispy Kreme. Every doughnut and coffee purchase gets you closer to earning your favorite Krispy Kreme sweet treats. Plus, you get access to exclusive offers and rewards, including a welcome treat just for joining, and a special gift from us every year for your birthday.

As a Krispy Kreme Rewards member, you’ll earn 10 points for every $1 you spend at participating Krispy Kreme locations. You can redeem your points for your favorite treats, including doughnuts, coffee, and hot chocolate.  

You will receive a welcome offer of a free doughnut of choice after you sign up. We’ll also celebrate you each year with a gift from us on your birthday and Krispy Kreme anniversary. Additionally, you can earn extra points by spreading the joy of Krispy Kreme through referrals to your friends and family.

Only participating U.S. Krispy Kreme shops will accept Krispy Kreme Rewards. This does not include some licensed Krispy Kreme locations in airports, casinos, or other non-participating locations. You can also check participating locations at the bottom of this page.

Points expire 12 months from the last purchase date recorded in a rewards account. This means if you haven’t visited or made a purchase with us in 12 months, the points on your account (no matter when they were earned) will expire and will no longer be available for redemption.

Rewards will expire 30 days after converting your points, so make sure you’re ready to redeem your reward before you convert your points.

Yes! We want to celebrate the sweet moments in life and that includes your birthday. You will receive your birthday reward in your account on the 1st day of your birthday month as indicated in your profile.

Birthday rewards are valid from the 1st day of the birthday month until the last day of the birthday month.

If your profile information does not have a birth date recorded, you will not receive a birthday reward. If you recently signed up, please allow up to 24 hours to receive the reward. Contact us here to update your rewards account.

Yes! Krispy Kreme Rewards makes it easy for you to enjoy your favorite treats in any way you order. You can earn points and redeem rewards by being logged into your rewards account online or in the mobile app.

Delivery orders made on third party apps are not eligible to receive Krispy Kreme Rewards points or redeem rewards. Don’t miss out on points and order through our app!

Members can redeem unlimited rewards in one transaction in shop, but only 1 reward per transaction online. Rewards can be redeemed with up to 1 offer in shop only. Rewards and offers cannot be redeemed at the same time online. 

You can convert your points into rewards by logging into your account on krispykreme.com or the Krispy Kreme app and navigating to the Rewards tab.

Once you have converted your points to a reward, you can redeem them in the shop by providing your app barcode or account phone number.

For app orders, in the Rewards tab, choose APPLY TO ORDER and add the applicable item from the menu to your cart for the reward apply.  

For online orders, on the Rewards page you, members choose APPLY TO ORDER and add the applicable item from the menu to your cart for the reward apply. 

You can view your earned points in the Krispy Kreme app or on the Krispy Kreme website by logging into your account.

Points cannot be earned on gift cards orders, catering orders, third-party purchases or merchandise orders.

No problem! You can claim your rewards credits through the Krispy Kreme App or on our Website: 

1. On the app select Scan from the home screen; select Add Receipt. 

1. On the website, select Rewards from the menu then select Add Receipt. 
2. You will need your receipt to enter the details of your purchase. Credits can be claimed 30 days from the date of the transaction.

You can reset your password using the Forgot Password option on the Sign-in page. 

On the app, if you are signed into your account, you can update your password by navigating to the More tab, choosing Profile & Security, and then clicking Change Password. Save your password once you have filled in your new password.
